Today we’re going to display how much rock and roll changed through the years … and wow, it changed a lot!

We start out with three icons from the 1950s (and yes, I could have included Chuck Berry and Elvis, but they had the day off).

We then roll into the 1960s (and yep, I could have included the Beatles, but they were out of the office).

We finish with a set from the 1970s (and there a lot of bands I had to leave out because I didn’t want to keep you here all day).

The purpose of the medley is to demonstrate just how much music changed in a 20-year period AND to get you moving, whether you’re dancing on the floor or in a chair. Or maybe it will help Teresa Flynn put her treadmill into overdrive! 🙂
