It’s Tuneful Tuesday and we’re celebrating with an extra long set of memories. I could by the way, make these medleys longer every day of the week, but I (reluctantly) try to keep it reasonable for you.
We have two birthday shout-outs: Kris Costa (because she loves Robby Krieger’s guitar skills) and Sandy Gaither (because she loves the Beach Boys and I love her). We also have songs for Vicki Siliski and Jim Waters, a song recorded sixty years ago today, and a lot more musical memories!

“A little bit of everything…” What a fun line up of great songs! I hadn’t thought about Jim Croce songs for years. He was one heck of a talented song crafter. Thanks for these memories, Ray!
Thank you, Pat!
Considering your background, I’d have to say you know a thing or two about crafting a song. Speaking of Croce, he had so much more to give. I loved his music! ❤️
Starting off with Chuck Berry, wow! Always loved his music. What a treat, thank you for all of the songs played by especially thank you for a good vibrations, and the Beach boys! I’m also grateful for your acknowledgment of my birthday, and I’m happy to be here for another trip around the sun! It’s a chilly morning down here in North Carolina, but the sky is blue, and the sun is shining brightly, and that makes you want to get up and go! I loved this medley, with its wonderful variety of music, and as usual, You’re the best! 🥰
Thank you, Sandy. Did you really think I was going to miss your birthday? Ha, not a chance! ❤️
I’m glad you enjoyed the music. I chose Good Vibrations for you because that’s what you hand out every single day!
Another wonderful medley as usual!! You Rock Ray!!
With everything you are dealing with, you have more pressing things to deal with than helping me/us!! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping!!
Always in my prayers!
Love you my friend!
XXOO
Penny, there is no more pressing need than to help others. I can’t imagine what all of you are going through and you are constantly in my prayers! ❤️
I will always be here for you … Always
Love you right back!
XOXO
Awesome selection of Tuneful Tuesday tunes, enjoyed them all. Take care and don’t over-do it my friend
Thank you, Nancy! ❤️
I’m in my element. Not overdoing it at all 🙂
Good day Ray 🙂 The music medley flowed today & was over before I expected it to be. Ted & I enjoyed the song choices. We did listen to yesterday’s medley & update but didn’t comment then, but I think as all of us age we need to enjoy the little things that bring us happiness regardless. So, again we thank you for the music, memories & the medleys & will continue to listen to the new & the old. 🙂 🙂 Lee & Ted
Thank you, Lee & Ted ❤️
Enjoying “the little things that bring us happiness” is really what the medleys are all about!
Thank you for that!
Killian and I both liked many of these songs. He’s becoming more diverse in his likes. For example he liked all of these: Jim Croce’s “I’ll Have to Say I love you”, Bob Dylan’s “Subterranean, Homesick Blues” (???), Doors’ “People are Strange”, Queen’s “You’re My Best Friend “ & He also loved Iron Butterfly’s “In A Gadda Da Vida”. (I wonder where he gets that from?) He also caught that comment about not playing any songs that suck. He laughed out loud.😂🤣
Thank you for bringing back these old memories for me…and just as importantly helping Killian and me develop new ones together.
Not sure where I’ve heard this, but I agree, you’re simply the best! 🤣❤️🙏✌️
Thank you, gentlemen! ❤️❤️
I was hoping we could develop new musical interests for Killian. Looks like we’re getting there!
Sharing these moments with Mr. K is very similar to what Wendy and I went through went she was much younger. That created a bond that will never die!
Something for everyone
Welcome back 💙
Thank you, Mary Helen. It is good to be back. In fact, it’s good to be anywhere! ❤️
