Throwback Memories

I am a long, long way from finishing up your requested songs. One of the reasons why is because I have been told 35 minutes is about all you can handle each day (sorry, today’s is 37 minutes … forgive me) but if you’re happy, then I’m happy!

It’s another fairly diverse selection of songs and it further proves that you folks have a great idea of what wonderful music sounds like!

Morning Ray, it is good to hear the medleys of requests you have put together again. They are a great escape from the mess here in Florida. We are fortunate to have power, cell service and internet back, many don’t.
Your heartfelt dedication to the first responders and utility workers was well deserved and appreciated.
Thanks again for all you do.

Marty, your comments are very touching. I’m very happy the medleys are helping you as you deal with the effects of that deadly hurricane. The dedication to the tireless first responders (all heroes in my book) paled in comparison to their amazing dedication to those in need.
Hang in there, n=my dear friends ❤️❤️

“Downtown” brings a fond memory. Before I moved from Nashua, NH to Springfield, while in scouting, a friend of mine had a baby brother who was just learning his first few words. We would sing the lead-in and he would say “downtown “ when it was time. We got such a big kick out of it.

Killian thinks that it’s funny too.

Have a great day. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s “radio show”.

I’m looking forward to Killian’s reaction tomorrow! ❤️

As for “Do You Love Me”,it brings back a funny memory: my boyfriend & I l were at a Valentine dance which was a benefit for the heart fund & I was chosen Queen of hearts. When this song was played he danced with his sister. My picture was in the Reporter which said I was winner of dance contest also. We got a big laugh( I wasn’t the best damcer).
