Bring On The Weekend!

TGIF! This medley is filled with some big names for both happy and sad reasons. Three of them were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (back when it really meant something) on this date and two others passed away on this date.

But as always, there’s more! Rockers from the Dave Clark Five and Bob Seger, a couple of “mellow” songs from Paul and Linda McCartney and War (watch out for that wine!), and a Badfinger song George Harrison said sounded too much like the Beatles.

  Yeah, it’s a cold one here too. About 7 degrees right now. I’m glad you’re enjoying the new format. Although I have been limiting the archived medleys to just the Sixties Revolution every Thursday, this week I’ll be doing one (a 50s medley) on Wednesday, too. I’ll be back to “regular hours” next week.
