12 Days of Christmas, Day 10

We are getting very near the end. Christmas is just three days away!

If you have been waiting for those beloved songs from the old days, there are several in today’s medley and the rest will play tomorrow.

By the way, I have been playing a lot of music from Trans-Siberian Orchestra (and I will be again tomorrow), but long before they became internationally famous, there was another instrumental group that dominated the airwaves. Mannheim Steamroller may sound less powerful than Trans-Siberian, but I thought they deserved a place in this marathon.

I would not remember the group, Mannheim Steamroller, but certainly remember this song. Thank you for bringing up the memory. I would have to say that the Trans-Siberian Orchestra probably got some of their impetus from them.
    Have a great pre-Christmas weekend!

Thanks, Jim. I remember when Mannheim Steamroller was the big thing, and then Trans-Siberian came along and blew them out of the water with their power.
      Have a magical weekend!

I listened twice and will probably listen again. These are very beautiful Christmas tunes.
Indeed ….. LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH AND LET IT BEGIN WITH ME, AND YOU, AND YOU, AND YOU ……… Peace and Love

Our generation has prayed for peace for many years and will continue to do so, let us practice kindness as a means to that end

Awesome songs, and I really liked the one by Mannheim Steamroller. Don’t remember hearing them before, but then due to my motorcycle accident in 2001 I don’t remember many things. Thanks and have a great day! <3

12-23-2023 Third medley listened to while doing dishes. Our next adventure was the surge protector that the coffee pot was plugged into had to be replaced, followed by the plumbing for the bathroom sink drain. Ted worked on it yesterday & is finishing it today. Hope his work goes as smoothly as the above medley PS I’m dreaming of a green Christmas (It looks like it will be) as it will make for safer travels. I really am feeling Christmasy & for all the right reasons. I think I may get caught up. Thanks for the music. Hope you’re enjoying your weekend 🙂

      Thanks, Lee 🥰
My, my, Ted is quite the handyman!
I think you’re right about a green Christmas being much safer on the roads.
Very glad you enjoyed the music 🙂

“Let There Be Peace On Earth”, one of my favorites and haven’t heard it at all this season. Thanks.
