When you begin a medley with Chuck Berry, you know the good times have just begun! There’s an aggressive cover version of a B.J.Thomas song that went to #1, a couple of songs released on this date, Perry Como’s only Billboard #1 hit, an exquisite 3-part harmony by The Beatles, and a lot more! But mixed in with the fun stuff are two songs which mark the anniversaries of the deaths of two country music legends.
Please Note: There will be no medley on Friday. I have never posted a rock and roll medley on Good Friday and I don’t intend to start now. I wish you all a Safe, Blessed and Happy Easter.
