The Great Pretender and Only You- The Platters and Vince Gills- The Way Back Home- Such a chilling and sad song. So many great artists to choose from. Loved the music. Dylan, I love Dusty Springfield and I’m going to request one more I Only Want to Be With You.

    Another good medley, Ray!
Along with the guitar theme, how about a drum theme? I loved many songs that had great drumming in them. Here are 3 from vinyl albums that I still play:
Black Sabbath’s 1970 Paranoid Album – Bill Ward – “Rat Salad”
Led Zeppelin’s 1971 Led Zeppelin IV Album – John Bonham – “Rock And Roll”
    & Who’s 1971 Who’s Next Album – Keith Moon – “Won’t Get Fooled Again”

A drum theme is an excellent idea! I’ll get started on that for next week!

Another great mix today. I need to say, I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t have the music in them! I “Remember When”, and I think the song fits any of us who have been together for 50+ years! We have always tried to make the good times surpass the bad.

“Remember When” is such a beautiful song, sung by an incredible artist. Making sure the “good times surpass the bad” is a brilliant philosophy!
