    Well Ray you have Nancy laughing!! I loved the opening!! But how I look forward to everyday!! We have lost to many greats to tragic accidents!! I forgot about Lady Madonna!! 1971 was pretty good year!! But it was my ceiling that was getting knocked on!! And I know that I am not the only one who like George!! 51 was way too young!! The Hotel California was a great song!! As always fantastic!!

    I’ve always said George was a very underrated talent…what a tribute to John!
    The Eagles are a fave. Interesting that Hotel California was their biggest hit…not my favorite
    And God only knows what I’d do w/out your medleys, especially on Monday

      Very clever use of the Beach Boys song and I appreciate the compliment.
      The lyrics to Hotel California don’t do much for me but the guitar “duet” between Don Felder and Joe Walsh is, for me, the best part of the song.

    The “Monday Sucks” song was hilarious. Since retirement, I hardly even know what day it is, so Monday doesn’t bother me! Ny medley with George JOnes included gets a thumbs up for me. Have a great week, Ray.

      I agree with you on never knowing what day it is. To make it worse, I’m always researching music info days in advance so it is very hard to remember if it’s Monday or any other day of the week.
      I love the George Jones classic!
