It’s a 12-song bonanza (including eight #1 hits)!
Those Billboard Hot 100 chart toppers include Peter & Gordon, Temptations, Mary Wells, Jeannie C. Riley, Dean Martin, Bellamy Brothers, Beatles, and Four Tops.
And the rest of the songs aren’t bad, either! π

Good Morning Camel (Pete Kamel from school?), Good Morning Ray, Loved & recognized all the songs. Ted said he did too. Thanks for your memorable medley. It was a Bonanza but no Lorne Green’s “Ringo.” π π
Thanks, Lee and Ted) π₯°
Do you know how close I came to adding Lorne’s song? Really, really close!
I loved each and every song this morning. I do have a question about a lyric though…is it “Elenore you’re my pride and joy etc. ???
Also I do enjoy your spoken comments π Have a wonderful day !
Thank you, Eileen π₯°
Indeed it is “You’re my pride and joy, et cetera” π
My voice will continue to pop up now and then. π
Rock The Day!
Another great choice of songs. You take me back to the good old days in music. Jojo & Sammy danced up a storm.
Thank you, Nancy β€οΈ
I’m very happy you and the Dynamic Duo enjoyed it! π₯°
Thanks for the hump day medleyπΆ
Thank you for the encouraging word, Mary Helen! π₯°
This was great Ray! I loved hearing the Temptations, their delivery as always, superb! And then you add her in the mamas, and the Papas, one of my favorite groups, and Dean Martin. Everybody loves somebody!! And the Four Tops to round it off. Loved every moment of this madly! Ray, you truly are the best! π₯°
Thanks, Sandy! π₯°
I can always count on you to make me sound better than I actually am! β€οΈ
A great bunch today! Thanks Ray.
Thank YOU, Pat! π₯°
Catching up today and really enjoyed this medley. I hope we do continue to hear your voice as we did on your comment on the song “Kicks.”
The Animals missed out on that one!
Thank you, Marty. I’ll give Eric Burdon credit for not being a phony. Because “Kicks” was an anti-drug song, and he was definitely not anti-drug, he felt it would be hypocritical for the Animals to do it.It sure boosted the Raiders’ career!
If you enjoy the “voice,” make sure you listen on Friday. π
Awesome medley … not sure which is my favorite as there are several I love… hell love them all!!!!!
You always amaze me with these fabulous medleys you put together every week!!!!
Thank you, Penny π₯°
As always, I love your enthusiastic comments!
