On top of the world what a great way to start today and a Monday at that! Got that loving feeling oh my gosh, I just love that song. I could listen to it over and over again. And I sure do love Perry Como with his rendition of it’s impossible. What a fabulous icon! Such a beautiful voice that lends a soothing touch to everything he sang. Bobby Vinton and Mr. lonely oh, how we used to listen to this and swoon over him! Tab, Hunter, gosh what a guy with Young love. I remember buying that 45. Gosh, I loved all of the Christmas songs, but I’ve got to go for Brenda Lee is my favorite rocking around the Christmas tree, have a happy holiday! This was one heck of a medley, I enjoyed every livin second of it! Ray, you’re the best! 🎄❄️🎅🏻⛄️❤️🎶🥰

I feel on top of the world when I read your comments!
My mother’s favorite song was Mr. Lonely. As she was slipping away, my sisters pulled my website up and played it for her so it was the last song she ever heard. ❤️
I am so glad you enjoyed it all!

Ray you are at the top of the world!! Lola wow that song certainly had no Kinks!! The Fortunes sure bring back some old memories!! And I sure had my troubles!(the voice over was really cool on that song!! I still sing That Lovin’ Feeling!! What a great song!! The Temptations that came with that song!! Sweet baby!! 1966 one year left of high school!! Perry had such a fantastic voice! Bobby was not Mr Lonely!! He was doing pretty darn good!! Tab Hunter sure does bring back some cobwebs!! He could not sing but I did like this song! We couldn’t go with out some Christmas Tunes!! Watch out I-think I saw a Reindeer!! I am chair dancin’ I do get a sentimental feeling when I hear this song!! Toby what a great ending!! I hope he is beating that damn disease!
    Love ya

Thanks for these great choices Ray. Each day is a bit more fun with this music walk! Or even a day or two later to listen again because it’s so much fun to hear this music again.

Loved everything today. Mr Lonely -so many memories around this song. And the Christmas songs topped it all off. I heard today that Toby Keith was planning on touring next summer. Hope that is true.
