Monday Music Medley!

After spending a wonderful week off with my grandson Dylan, who was visiting from Pittsburgh, I’m back at work and ready to climb back on the music memory train.

While it’s true that I’m happy to be back, I should advise you that if I win Powerball tonight, there will be no medley tomorrow. 🙂

Ha! Glad you enjoyed your week with your grandson!
If you don’t post a medley tomorrow, expect many phone calls and visits!

Jim, rest assured, if I win Powerball, there are several people (and you’re one of them) who will reap a big prize … and I mean it!

Nice soothing medley to start a week of elections, eclipses and other life events
Glad you had fine time off…we missed you
Didn’t realize how much I looked forward to my personal DJ and your comments made it seem even more like an old radio show

      Thanks, Mary Helen 🥰
I didn’t want to burst from the gate with a barrage of “heavier” stuff so I’m glad you enjoyed it!

So glad you enjoyed time with your grandson .. family is priceless! Another wonderful medley to get thru a very long Monday … Good luck tonight, I have a feeling “somebody” is gonna win – would be nice to see several wins .. that kind of money to me is almost obscene … LOL Will see if you are on tomorrow or not 🙂

    1. Ray (Post author)

Penny, that kind of money IS almost obscene but if I win, I’m going to share it with a lot of people, including you! 🥰
So glad you enjoyed the medley, and yes, I had a blast with my grandson!

Welcome back, Ray! I was late to the listening party again, but it was a great way to end my Monday, too! Thanks for the music in my life! Good luck 👍

      Thank you, Terry! 🥰
      It’s good to be back!
As you must know by now, the Monday Powerball drawing was delayed so I don’t know if I’m a Billionaire yet! 🙂

Well here I am a day late again. Just had too many things yesterday, but I always will make time to listen to one of these medleys. This one was fabulous! And who couldn’t lose with an Elvis song. Oh my gosh I had forgotten the song that he did, and always thought it was fabulous. Love the Beatles, and Bobby Darin, and I’ve always loved Roy Orbison and his band. Such a good grouping to start off the week with. I was especially happy to hear that you had a wonderful time with Dylan, and I was thrilled that you were taking time away from this to be with your family. Family is everything! I do hope that you picked the winning number, which will certainly give you a leg up on all of us mere mortals! Seriously wish we could all be winners. I of course know now, that everyone needs to wait. Who could know? Remember, first and foremost, you’re the best! 🥰

Thanks, Sandy! I always enjoy your thoughts on the various songs. It is obvious you have been a music lover for a long time! Dylan’s visit was a wonderful time. We talked about so many memories from his youth. I can’t believe he is 30!

While I would miss your Tuesday medley, wishing you good luck in winning the Powerball. Thanks for the great start to a new week. ❤

      Thanks, Nancy 🥰
Sadly I only won $4. Fortunately, I still have the best listeners anywhere! ❤
