CRANK IT UP!

As we head into the weekend, I hope this medley of classic hits puts YOU in a good frame of mind because that is what music is supposed to do. It is the voice of your soul!

By the way, I’ll be back on Sunday with a medley much more on the mellow side. That’s what Sundays are for. 🙂

A wonderful way to start the day! A great selection! This the best way to start my Monday. And yes, I know it’s not really Monday. But my two days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays! So this really brightens my day! Thank you, for all that you do!

So you start me off with a Revival!! Ray if we looked through any window wouldn’t we end up in jail!! I guess we would be monin’ on our way!! Hey didn’t Paul Revere have something to do with a tea party?? What can I say about Joe Cocker what a great voice!! And I’m sure Eight Miles High had nothing to do with drugs I might have been on LSD!!! I don’t know if most people realize that Dylan was not singing about pot or getting stoned he was singing about the biblical term about throwing the first stone!! I was one of those for years!! Such meaning in that song!! I forgot all about this Rascals song!! I must have been in that military jet eight miles high!!(never tried that drug!!)66 degree here stay warm great as always love ya!!

This was one of your best efforts, Fred! You are absolutely right about the Dylan song and a lot of people still get it. See is my all-time favorite Rascals song. The lyrics are SO sixties>
The secret mirror photographs shining in your eyes
I’m married to the universe, my brother is the sky
Stars can see to make a wish and hearts with wings can fly
So come with me and see my love so we can never die

A rather balmy 25 degrees here!
      Love Ya!

Hey Don, I will be shoveling but the 4-6 inches that is supposed to fall on the VT/NH border is a lot better than digging through the massive amount that will fall in Boston!
Glad you enjoyed the medley. Weren’t the 60s great! 🙂
