Well Ray, the countdown is on. White Christmas has it all! Bing Crosby has the magic to make you believe. I don’t think anyone can top his version. It is the standard. I never tire of hearing it. Judy Garland somehow makes a sad song hopeful. I can understand how our GIs in WW2 could be transported to the idea of the next Christmas when they would be reunited with their loved ones. I was introduced to the Clay Aiken song by my daughter. I would hear her playing his Christmas album and this song just stood out. It is still my favorite version. Ann Murray’s full, sweet voice is just perfect. She is a treasure. Mariah Carey, what a nice surprise to hear her singing a Christmas classic that she didn’t write. She does a nice job. Pentatonix is refreshing. So different from what we are used to hearing. Such a pure sound. Johnny Mathis has been around for decades. His familiar voice, so soothing and confident. He never sounds dated.
Ray, this one is going to be hard to top. The pressure is on. Can’t wait to see what you have planned for tomorrow. Mellow on my Brother.

Thank you, Don … for the wonderful comments and for your considerable help in creating this one with your suggestions of Judy and Clay (thank Victoria for his song).
Tomorrow will be even more mellow, with a total emphasis on the spiritual side of Christmas songs. I will look forward to your thoughts on all of it, but especially the final song.
      MELLOW ON, MY BROTHER!
