A Medley For Nora

It’s Sunday and that means two things; another (almost) Mellow Medley and another medley by request.

This week, the requests came from Nora R. and based on her selections, it’s pretty clear she grew up in the 70s and 80s … and that’s okay!

Wow, nice job, Nora!!! Such a well-rounded variety of song choices. These selections are filled with love for life and in one another. There were a few I hadn’t heard in a while and they really touched my heart. 🙂 Nora, like many of your listeners, has incredible taste in music! XOXOXOXO

  Yes, it was a nice selection of songs. I’m beginning to wonder if I have been doing this wrong. Most of the medley requests are for the softer side while I have always tried to play the “rock out” stuff.

    Maybe you have inspired people with your Mellow Medleys. I’m not sure of the reason but I do know there is never anything wrong with the works you produce. 🙂

This was so amazing! Some of these songs I haven’t heard for quite some time, so good to test the brain one more time and a recall of the lyrics. I loved everyone of these, but especially loved Fogelberg, and the Eagles. Thank you so much for playing this medley.

Just what we need on a sunny fall Sunday … mellow music to listen to as we witness the glory of fall …. Nora picked a perfect set …. thanks Ray for always thinking of how music might enhance our lives … it certainly does …. in oh so many ways. There are a million more perfect sets I am sure … Hope to listen to many many more — and also hope that you are out there Rocking this Day!

I am way behind this week, so have a lot to listen to. I love finding out what music is special to other listeners. This was a brilliant idea, Ray. Love The Eagles and Desperado is a favorite of mine, also. Thanks, Nora & Ray.

  By taking requests for medleys, I have quickly discovered that “mellow” music is far more popular than rock and roll, although I do have a few that want that. I think YOU started this trend with the country music medley. That got more people to speak up and ask for the “quiet” tunes. 🙂
