The Exhale Medley

I promise there is nothing in this mellow medley that will agitate you. It might even make you smile. In case you’ve forgotten, smiling makes the corners of your mouth turn up. πŸ™‚

Not a mellow moment but a great memory. I was about 12 years old and went to a rock concert at the Tower theater in Upper Darby, Pa. it was mainly a movie theater but would on occasion have live music. For this show the Brook Benton Big Band was the backing band for all the acts. I was in about the 5 th row and was blown away! The vibration from the live music just rippled through my chest! It was amazing! It was an experience I will never forget. Thank you Brook Benton!, and thank you Ray for reminding me.

Thanks for sharing that memory, Don. I was always impressed with Brooks Benton’s voice. When he hit those low notes, his voice rumbled, but when he reached higher, that voice turned so sweet.

      Thanks, Barbara.
I thought I would go with mellow again because I didn’t want anyone dancing to rock and roll in this heat. πŸ˜‰
Stay Cool … and Rock The Day!

Ray, you did it again! What a beautiful collection of songs, some I haven’t heard for years. They are most relaxing and bring back lots of old memories. Thank you thank you!

Johnny Mathis is so fine. A Certain Smile does even more than bring on a smile. Once I know what it is, I”ll let you know, but then again, you already do.

Thanks, Coach … I think YOU already know. πŸ™‚
