With the switchover to “no theme” medleys, this is not going to be your usual Friday rock and roll party. There are, to be sure, several rock songs that should get you moving, but there are also a couple of soft pop tunes, a couple more from the country music genre, and an iconic song by the Beatles.

Among the soft pop songs is one by Buddy Holly, included here because that song is from Buddy’s final recording session on October 21, 1958 … 64 years ago today!

In all, there are songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s,and even one (by Alan Jackson) from 2002! It’s all part of the “Something For Everyone” concept!
