In 1967, there was a lot of love in the air (and on the radio airwaves) but there was also a hint of trouble brewing in the streets.
All of the songs in today’s medley reached the Top 10 and in reality should have gone even higher. As I said yesterday, there were so many good songs in 1967 that reaching the coveted top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 was no easy task.
I have added the highest Billboard chart position in parentheses beside their names below.
