If you’re in the mood for sentimental songs, you are definitely in the wrong place!
This is an 18-song, 44-minute barrage of high tempo songs from the 1960s, including shout outs to Teresa Flynn, Rose Thow, and my man, Killian! It’s the perfect way to get you though Friday with pep in your step!.

What a Rockin Friday! There are too many songs to single out any except to say that I sang and danced my way through everyone of these songs. Gosh, they were great. I loved all the shout outs and the one-liners and the ads that you stuck in here in there along with your intros! All of this was so good. What a wonderful way to wind up a week! I think it’ll hold us over till Monday! And we must listen early to set the tone for later in the day. I am going to be listening to the inauguration and watching, and I’m sure many of us will be doing the same thing. It is going to be brutally cold day in Washington DC, and I hope everybody is bundled up well! So one more time I need to tell you, “you’re the best” thank you for this. 🥰
Thank you so much, Sandy! ❤
It certainly was daunting putting this one together, but I think it was worth it. A little long perhaps, but sometimes I have to cut loose! 🙂
I’ll be watching the inauguration, too. It’s always interesting watching a new administration take over. I think the changes coming are going to be quite seismic. How people react is going to be very interesting!
Ray I loved this!!! I forgot about Henry the Eighth!! That was a rockin tune!! They all were!!
Keeping this short and sweet!! Loved this !!
Love ya and sending love and positive energy!!
Thank you, Fred! ❤
I had a lot of fun putting it together and I hope it got your blood moving!
Have a great weekend!
Love ya!
This 60s rockin medley was all right! Foundational but not hard rock
My faves Good Lovin and Gloria
Thanks, Mary Helen ❤
I’m glad you enjoyed it. As a rule, I rarely play hard rock. I stick to oldies.
Just making a comparison
Know you’re lost in the sixties tonight
Awesome way to end the week! And yes it got my body and my blood moving, so thank you. Have a great weekend my dear friend!
Thank you, Nancy! ❤ I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
just listening to the first song and enjoying it a lot Ray. Many thanks for putting it all together.
Best,
Janie
Thank you, Janie! I am so glad you enjoyed it! ❤
A rocking medley – I bounced around in my chair since I don’t dance – does that count … LOL
Have a wonderful weekend and stay safe and warm with this freezing crap coming …….
XXOO
Of course it counts, Penny! Dancing is dancing, no matter how you do it. ❤
I’ll be warm this weekend. I’ll be watching the NFL playoffs!
Have a wonderful weekend and stay safe!
XOXO
We loved these! A lot of moving and singing.
Killian liked “Friday on My Mind” because it certainly was on Killian’s mind, especially since he has a 3-day weekend.
He also liked “Hanky Panky”. He hears me call his Nana, “Babe”, so he asked me if Nana does the hanky panky! LOL
Special thanks from Killian for mentioning his name and playing a favorite of his, “I’m ‘Enery’ the 8th I am”.
I had to explain to him and show him pictures of a ‘T-bird’. He likes sporty cars. He also asked me where Clarksville was and I said that there are many, but the Monkees might be talking about the one in Tennessee. And, when he heard you say “would you like me to do that for you” he said it was most likely Jane saying it to you. Ha Ha
When he heard “She’s About a Mover”, he heard Houston, Texas and recalled taking a plane to Houston in 2020 just prior to COVID 19 happening. He was on the way to look into some experimental treatments for his cerebral palsy.
Thanks again for laying out an opportunity for us to share many things with each other! ❤️🙏🙏🙏❤️✌️
That was not Jane. 🙂 You’ll be hearing a lot more from the sexy secretary.
I won’t ask if Nana does the hanky panky! LOL
I love how inquisitive he is. Not much gets by him, and that’s a very good thing. That kind of thing keeps you engaged.
I hope you boys have a wonderful weekend. I’ll be back on Monday!
I Love You Guys ❤️ ❤️
We’ll probably be watching some football this weekend as I assume you will be also.
We love you too! 💕
I’ll be cheering for Houston over Kansas City (but not expecting it)
Detroit over Washington
Los Angeles over Philadelphia (but not expecting it)
Buffalo over Baltimore
I hope all of you enjoy the games! ❤️
Such good Friday music choices, Ray.
You are our resident musicologist…forever.
Thank you from California Fancy Nancy.🤭
Thank you, Nancy ❤️ I appreciate the vote of confidence!
I’m very glad you enjoyed the music!
Thank you for putting these great songs together. Great listening. Love Glad All Over, but all great selections!
Be well.
Thank you, Penny!❤️
I am so glad you enjoyed it! I always have enjoyed the pounding energy of Glad All Over.
Stay Safe and Stay Warm.
Loved this whole medley. You rock, Ray. Rooting for same teams as you-not looking good for the Texans right now. P.S “It’s Gonna Be Alright”
Thank you, Pat! ❤️
I am so glad you enjoyed the music. 🙂
Yeah, the Texans couldn’t pull it off, but the Chiefs had to work for it.
It IS Gonna Be Alright!
LOL, it’s Monday morning & I had to smile when the 1st song started. Ted & I have listened to the music late again. I thoroughly enjoyed it & realize we still have today’s medley & Abba Sunday music to listen to. Hope you had a warm weekend & with the politics & that your teams gave you good games to watch whether they won or lost 🙂
Thank you, Lee 🙂 I am very glad you enjoyed soaking up the 60s! ❤
The games were okay but only Buffalo turned out to be the winner I wanted.
I still remember being told it isn’t whether you win or lose, it’s how you play the game so do your best & just have fun. It’s still more fun to win or have the team you like win as we both know 🙂 Lee
