Well, wickedly, wonderful, doesn’t begin to describe how much I love this medley! This was fantastic —songs that I have forgotten about— artist that I never listen to very much, and you name it. From the opener by Bob Lind to Freddie and the dreamers, and Jim Reeves! Could listen to him over and over. This was super love the ending with the doors he remember when I bought that CD! Fantastic, great job, as always, because as all of us know, Ray, you’re the best! 🥰

Afternoon delight with a wickedly wonderful medley. Better than listening on a Wednesday. Quick memory: I called the local Spld. radio station & asked them to play the Doors “Light my Fire” & the DJ told me “we can’t play that song on Sunday>” I hesitated than said something like “ok, thank you” & hung up. Some time after that the song was played. So thank you Ray. Have a good day 🙂 🙂 Lee & Ted

      Thanks, Lee & Ted 🙂 🙂
I’m glad you enjoyed the medley. 🥰 One thought on your memory. Back when we were teenagers, WCFR was about as uptight a station as you could find. The owner (Zezza) was no fan of what he called “teen music” and preferred crooner music. It was hard to get a request played so you were lucky!

I agree with Pat .. so glad you came into my life!! You are an amazing and giving person! These medleys are awesome and I love listening to these old songs as well as hearing your voice every once in a while 🙂 (sure beats most of the music today)
There are so many I like so can’t pick a favorite but what a way to end with Light my Fire!
