A Mellow Mix

Maybe it’s because the daily news just keeps pounding on our skulls. Maybe it’s because the politicians we all send to Washington seem to have forgotten who they work for.
Maybe it’s because there is So. Much. Anger. In. The. Air.
Whatever the reason, I decided to stretch out this mellow medley to just over 30 minutes because 20 minutes just wasn’t going to cut it.

Loved this one! Just what I needed, some soft and mellow music, which included some of my favorite songs. Don Williams, Dan Fogelberg, Jim Croce and Otis Redding. This why, “I Believe In You”, Ray! You are the best at what you do! You bring joy to our lives! I hope you are doing better! Stay safe and well!

      Thank you, Sandy 🥰
It seemed like a nice idea to give people a chance to get away from the “noise” in the news … and the ridiculous gas prices!
I’m very pleased to know you enjoyed it. 🥰

Do you know the songs that take you back, and take you away from all the mess going on are so good for the soul. I can remember back in the day being young lots of interaction with my parents thinking gosh this is another way life is supposed to be. I really wish that I had paid more attention to how quickly life zips by and leaves us in the dust if we’re not careful. Thank you for these fabulous reminders. I just had to add this!

I think a lot of us wish we had paid more attention. Life has indeed zipped by much, much too fast.
I am glad you added this comment. You are a very fascinating person. I mean that. 🥰

Thanks, Fred. I’m glad you didn’t mind the mellow music because when I put it together yesterday, I was thinking about the fact that my brother John died two years ago on that date.
      Love ya!

John was a great man and it has been so long Ray I forget that he is gone!! Sending hugss!! God time gets away from me!! It’s interesting for me how the little thigs in life can bring back memories!! Now that I think of it I believe you posted a picture of him awhile back?? Birthday?? Now I’m thinking of my sister Buff!! So bringing up John brought up some fond memories of her!! So it turns out John made my day!! Love ya!!
