“So long as the human spirit thrives on this planet, music in some living form will accompany and sustain it and give it expressive meaning. To stop the flow of music would be like the stopping of time itself, incredible and inconceivable.”
~Aaron Copland
This will be the final installment of rock and roll memories for December. After today it will be nothing but Christmas medleys and I thought going back to the British Invasion in 1965 was a perfect spot to end.

British Invasion 1965
Dave Clark Five – Kinks – Beatles – The Who
Herman’s Hermits – Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders
Animals – Rolling Stones – Gerry & The Pacemakers
Today’s selection of Christmas songs all come from the genre of country music, and even if you think you don’t like country music, you really should give these a try because they are all beautiful.

Country Christmas Medley
Alabama – Brad Paisley – Kenny Chesney
